It started with an eleven year old girl with a dream. A dream, and a determination to make something happen. That’s when Charli Ann Joseph, already a practiced baker, realized she could use her talents to make a difference. Now, not that many years later, it’s hard to tell which satisfies her more, the look on her customer’s face when they see that she’s turned their fantasy into reality or the knowledge that her cakes are used to help fund clean water in Central America or an orphanage in Africa

I stumbled across Charli Ann’s Facebook page and was immediately intrigued at this middle school age girl who baked cakes. After looking at her page and understanding her mission and love for God as well as all of her amazing cakes, I knew that she was the girl for my daughter’s first birthday cake. She was incredibly easy to work with and she brought exactly what I had in my mind to life.
